Terms of Service
1. Engagement
Working with The MVP Studio is an artisan partnership. All projects begin with a discovery phase where we define the architectural blueprint of your MVP.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, full ownership and intellectual property of the source code, designs, and assets created for your project are transferred to you. We maintain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a specific NDA is in place.
3. Delivery & Revisions
We focus on high-fidelity, production-ready MVPs. Timelines are agreed upon during the blueprinting phase. Revisions are handled within the agreed scope to ensure the final product meets our "Digital Atelier" standards.
4. Liability
While we build with architectural precision and high-performance stacks, The MVP Studio is not liable for business outcomes or third-party service failures after the launch discovery phase.
